Glenda is a graduate of the Funeral Service Program at NSCC Kingstec Campus, class of 2012. Glenda started working in Funeral Service in 2006 at McArthur Bros. & MacNeil Funeral Home in Cornwall, Ontario, first as a Funeral Director Assistant, then as a Funeral Director Apprentice to F.X. Curry. In 2010 Glenda and her husband Don returned to Nova Scotia where she continued her apprenticeship with Daniel Monk at Rowlings Funeral Home, Musquodoboit Harbour. Licensed Funeral Director since 2011, she continues to work at Arbor Memorial - Lindsay's Windsor, NS. Glenda joined the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice in December 2012 and has successfully earned her Certified Funeral Service Practitioner designation in November 2013. Glenda was a member of the Life Bundling Project Bereavement Advisory Group with Dept. of Vital Statistics; she is involved in her community.

Lives in Argyle, Guysborough County. He was a graduate of Dr. John Hugh Gillis High School, Antigonish in 1978. He received his BBA (Major in Accounting) from St. Francis Xavier University in 1982. He was first employed as the first Accounting Control Officer with the former Guysborough Co. District School Board from 1982-1984; later became employed with Canada Post at the National Philatelic Centre in Antigonish as a Financial Analyst. Lewis received his Funeral Directors License in 1992. He worked part time from 1991 until December 2011 with G.W. Giffin Funeral Homes in Country Harbour and Sherbrooke, Guysborough County. He has been employed fulltime since January 2012 with G.W. Giffin Funeral Homes performing many duties and responsibilities. Lewis volunteers many hours in various leadership capacities in his home church at King’s United, Loch Katrine where he is Clerk of Session, Elder, and a member of the church choir. Lewis is Chairperson of Forbes Memorial Pastoral Charge as well as Financial Advisor of District 6 Goshen Volunteer Fire Department. He performs many Lay Pastoral duties such as planning and leading church services as well as officiating at many funeral services. Lewis received his CFSP designation in July 2013.

A first generation Funeral Director, John began in the funeral profession during his final year of high school, and in 1999 founded J.F. Greene Funeral Services Limited ; obtaining his professional license in 2000. John currently serves as Vice President of the Funeral Service Association of Canada and has served as President of the Funeral Service Association of Nova Scotia (2004-05) and General Chair of the Atlantic Provinces Funeral Director and Service Convention in 2007. Outside of his professional obligations John is a Volunteer Firefighter and currently serves as Secretary and Treasurer of the Port Hastings Volunteer Fire Department. John is a member of St. Joseph’s Parish, Port Hawkesbury and serves on the Parish Cemetery Committee and is a past chair of the Parish Pastoral Council.

Weston joined the FSANS Board of Directors in May of 2016. He is Past President of the New Brunswick Funeral Directors and Embalmers Association, and currently sits on their Executive. He and his brother Timothy Jones own and operate 3 funeral homes and a crematorium in Nova Scotia and a funeral home in New Brunswick, serving both Cumberland County Nova Scotia, and Westmorland County, New Brunswick. Weston is very proud to have come from a 3rd generation funeral home family, and has worked in the business for nearly 30 years alongside his Grandparents, Parents, and siblings.

Mac has had over 15 years experience in the financial industry, extensive experience in customer relations, experience in credit management and staff supervision, and is very effective at planning and implementing programs. He is Analytical, well organized and people oriented. Mac has his certification in Organizational Behavior-Saint Marys University-Halifax, Interpersonal Communications-Dalhousie University, Halifax, Credit Management (3Years) University of Toronto, Toronto Dale Carnegie Course.
