Terms of Reference


  1. The purpose of the Finance Committee is to maintain and oversee the responsibility of the Associations general finances.
  1. To prepare and present the annual budget, prior to the Annual General Meeting for each fiscal year.
  1. To hold the responsibility of the recommendations to the Board of Directors the relevant material and strategic planning of the Association investments.
  1. Implementation of the dues structure and to ascertain a fiscally responsible plan for the longevity and capital management.
  1. The Finance Committee shall consists of a minimum but not limited to three (3) members : President, Vice President, Treasurer, alternate : Past President.
